PRESS: Govt may pay 287 mln rbl for new regulatory acts system
MOSCOW, Aug 22 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Economic Development Ministry will launch a new state information system to create, edit, and store laws and regulations in 2023, a developer will be chosen by August 30 at a public tender, and the starting price is 286.7 million rubles, business daily Vedomosti reported on Monday.
The system will be created in four stages with federal budget financing by September 30, 2023, and will become an updated version of the currently working portal regulation.gov.ru.
The project will allow the authorities to speed up their information exchange as now their interaction during approval procedures relies on paper documents exchange, which makes the whole process much longer.
